What we can help with

Write to us about issues with the app or questions about how an Aurora feature works, including:

  • Aurora closes unexpectedly or a screen does not load.
  • An AI image edit fails, gets stuck, or does not match the request you made.
  • A coin balance or a completed in-app purchase does not look right.
  • You cannot save, export, share, or reopen a local project.
  • You have a question about permissions, AI data use, or the app’s policies.

How to reach support

Email support@aurora.app. To help us investigate, include the Aurora version, your iOS version and iPhone model, what you were trying to do, and short steps to reproduce the issue. For an AI generation issue, include the approximate time and request ID if the app shows one.

Email support

Please do not email passwords, API keys, payment card details, or personal photos that are not needed to explain the issue.

03Image generation

When an AI edit does not finish

Check that your iPhone has an internet connection, then reopen Aurora and try again. If the problem continues, email support with the time of the attempt and any request ID or error message shown in the app.

Your selected image and edit instructions are sent to the configured image provider only when you request generation and accept the in-app data-use consent. See the Privacy Policy for details about the AI handoff and provider processing.

Does opening or editing a photo upload it?

No. The image handoff happens when you request generation and accept the in-app consent. Aurora keeps your project files on your iPhone by default.

What should I send if an edit fails?

Send the approximate time, the error text, and a request ID if one is available. A copy of the photo is not needed for an initial support request.

04Coins & payments

In-app purchases

Apple handles App Store payment authorization and refund requests. If a verified purchase has not appeared in Aurora, or a paid action did not behave as expected, email us with the approximate purchase time and a description of the issue. Do not include full payment details.

For Apple billing or a refund decision, use Apple’s purchase support. The Terms of Use explain how coins and failed paid actions work.

05Local projects

Projects and saved images

Aurora stores projects and versions on your iPhone; it does not keep a remote project library that support can restore. Keep your own copy of important exports. If a project was cleared, the app was removed, or its local data was lost, we may not be able to recover it.

For a result saved outside Aurora, check the Photos or Files destination you chose. See the Terms of Use for more about exports.

06Privacy & policies

Privacy and data-use questions

For questions about personal information, deletion, or the AI data-use flow, email privacy@aurora.app. You can also read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

For a privacy request, include enough detail to understand your question, but do not send passwords, API keys, or unrelated sensitive information.
